Part I: Introduction to Business English

Introduction package (one half-day workshop and two individual follow-up meetings)

Introduction to Business English provides an intensive introduction and imparts some of the keys to communicating efficiently in English. Through examples and case studies, participants will come to under the principles of efficient communication and how these principles affect how the receiver of a message or the target audience perceives what is being said.

 
 

Part II: Success Factors in Intercultural Communication

Midsize package (two half-day workshops and three individual follow-up meetings)

How does a team with members from all over the world perform in the most productive way? What are the differences between doing business in Japan, USA and Sweden? In this midsize package, the participants get a deeper understanding of cultural differences and similarities. Discussions, case studies and role plays facilitate more efficient communication, whether internally or externally. The participants will experience various situations such as internal negotiations or external representation and learn how intercultural understanding and customized communication can contribute to the success of working together. Some time will also be devoted to compare relevant cultural traits in order to simplify the creation of rapport through greater understanding of team members' origins.

 
 

Part III: Boosting Sales by Developing Critical Perception

Midsize package (two half-day workshops and three individual follow-up meetings)

In this package, we put emphasis on different skills connected to communication and sales. Participants learn how sales arguments can be tailored to different personalities and segments. Also, they will learn how sales can be increased by communicating the benefits of the product instead of the features, through the critical understanding of what it is the customer is truly paying money for. Boosting Sales by Developing Critical Perception also introduces how the understanding of body language and micro expressions plays an essential role in the interaction with potential or existing customers. Through numerous exercises and cases, the participants gain a greater sense of several aspects of sales communication. In particular, we present, discuss and evaluate different tools, techniques and arguments that can be used directly, focusing on more efficient sales processes. Our individual follow-up meetings discuss further practical challenges and support the participant's creation of an action plan.

 
 

Part IV: Excelling in Presenting

Premium package (two full-day workshops and four individual follow-up meetings)

The main goal of Excelling in Presenting is to help participants fine tune their speaking skills and therefore develop into even more inspiring speakers This format especially puts emphasis on improving the talent of the individual by giving new perspectives on the art of presenting. Techniques for segmenting the audience and how to design a presentation to be hands-on, in order for it to be as informative and compelling as possible, will be introduced. Feedback and active implementation of theoretical knowledge gives participants the opportunity to internalize presentation techniques and to proactively substantiate the presentation. After being part of Excelling in Presenting, the ability to differentiate specific approaches according to their effectiveness for different kind of audiences will be developed, allowing the individual to deliver an excellent presentation.

 
 

Part V: Master Your Time

Premium package (two full-day workshops and four individual follow-up sessions)

Master Your Time provides participants with a strategic and long-term approach to managing their time and supports them in the creation of long-lasting results. The format combines insights into different types of time, goal-orientation, and how to develop permanent productivity and optimize processes to get more out of invested time. Special focus will be placed on the underlying ideas of time management and corporate cultural features, for which implementation processes will be discussed with the help of relevant cases. By verbalizing visions and goals, a customized framework for planning and prioritizing both short- and long-term goals will be achieved, and the treatment of obstacles and difficult choices will be tackled. Additionally, this package contains advanced time management techniques such as speed-reading, flow creation and e-mail structure development as well as modes of communication that can increase productivity.
