Therefore, Introduction to Intercultural Leadership gives an introduction to different leadership styles and their application in intercultural contexts. The basics of intercultural communication are highlighted and the participants are shown how to develop their ability to communicate as a leader in an intercultural environment.

 
 

Package II: Success Factors in Intercultural Leadership

Midsize package (two half-day workshops and three individual follow-up meetings)

A common challenge for international leaders is reaching set goals while taking into account any issues that arise from inconsistent values and expectations. Consequently, it is important to understand and to be aware of cultural differences, as well as know how to respond to them effectively. In Success Factors in Intercultural Leadership, we focus on different cases, scenarios and leadership styles, employing intercultural understanding and communication to affect the degree to which outcomes are achieved. The participants will get a sense of what problems may arise and how they can be addressed. The format provides an understanding of intercultural management customs in selected cultures and contexts, allowing participants to actively experience leadership differences and to account for them in practice. The individual follow-up sessions discuss specific opportunities and difficulties related to the individual situation of the participants.

 
 

Package III: Excelling in Intercultural Leadership

Premium package (two full-day workshops and four individual follow-up meetings)

In the package Excelling in Intercultural Leadership, the importance of intercultural understanding from a communicative perspective of leadership is highlighted. From this perspective we deepen the understanding of leadership and examine all relevant questions regarding intercultural communication. This format emphasizes the great importance of further development of individual leadership styles and provides practical tools to facilitate growth within the effective leader role. The focus is directed towards individual improvement through active use of management tools and techniques, which place the participant's individual talents and capacities at the center. Through exercises, cases and role plays, the participants learn to use and integrate the new insights to remain successful leaders in an intercultural environment.
