Become a truly international speaker - communicate across cultural lines

Having a team of people from around the world gives great results, but many professionals lack the understanding of cultural differences that makes cohesive progress possible. Have you ever considered what kind of internal communication works best for an interdisciplinary, international team? Do you think that understanding intercultural differences in a team affects areas such as motivation, efficiency and results?

Whether you are a part of an international team that is spread all over the world or a culturally diversified team at the same office, the understanding and use of intercultural communication is critical. Previous experiences, backgrounds and cultural differences can affect group dynamics and influence the degree of understanding that communication fosters in the group. To create and maintain an effective team without misunderstandings due to cultural differences, it is important to use appropriate communication approaches adapted to the circumstance.

Excellentia's intercultural communication packages focus on providing participants with the right tools to successfully communicate in an intercultural business environment. These can be used internally within the organization or externally with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. Our focus is on the active implementation of concepts and techniques, and each participant receives valuable support during individual follow-up meetings. These meetings are tailored to evaluate the situations that will be encountered and to discuss concise action steps for each case.
